It takes just one word to sum up our experience with Charla Piper, and that is, Amazing! My family was in a challenging time crunch situation and needed someone immediately to help my brother locate a new home to meet his needs, location interests & preferences, budget and timing. It was a Saturday afternoon and we had just exhausted a 2 month search within the north east corner of Illinois. We came to the realization that it was time to widen our search further west and possibly into neighboring Wisconsin. That afternoon we contacted a Shorewest Agent that my brother had consulted with several years back. Unfortunately they were not available over the next few days. However, that agent said not to worry and that they would quickly refer us to fellow experienced and results driven Shorewest agent. We were so very fortunate that within the next hour we were contacted by Shorewest agent, Charla Piper, licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois. After a brief telephone discussion and an initial exchange of possible locations and homes to explore, Charla came back that same Saturday afternoon and had already lined up several available properties in Wisconsin and Illinois to view the following day, Sunday starting at 9 AM! By about noon that day, Charla helped my brother find a home that seemed to meet all his needs. Charla expertly guided us through the process and rushed back to her office to enter our offer, keeping us informed and involved throughout the rest of the day. At about 8 PM the seller had accepted our offer. From our initial contact with Charla to an accepted offer in about 30 hours, simply Amazing! Charla, continued to support us non-stop, going above and beyond knowing that if at all possible, my brother needed to close by the end of the month, just 9 days later. We were in constant contact and Charla was committed to making this happen for my brother. He closed 9 days later on June 30th, Amazing! Knowing that my brother was new to the area, thinking a few steps ahead and going above and beyond, Charla came to the closing with an extensive listing of nicely prepared local resources and contacts that she knew he would need. My brother is now comfortably moved into his new home, which would not have been possible with out the personal, professional, experienced and results oriented approach that Charla provided. Charla made it happen and she is Amazing - Thank You!
